The classical novel Jane Eyre was written by Charlotte Bronte (1816-1855). She was the most prolific and mot successful amongst her sisters regarding her literary career. Thackeray eulogized her particular work as “A Classical Masterpiece”. Her novel, Jane Eyre (1847) is a passionate tale of sublime love between two individuals belonging to entirely contrasting backgrounds.
