Corsodyl Mint Mouthwash can be found in the medicine section of the supermarkets, . It is also available at chemist shops
The mouthwash comes in a brown plastic bottle which has a white cap on it this can be used for measuring the correct amount of mouthwash you need to use for each gargle.
Using one cap full of the mouthwash twice a day will help to sooth sore gums, mouth ulcers, bleeding gums and freshen breath.
The liquid is clear and has a strong mint smell to it, mint has been used in mouthwash and toothpaste for years as it freshens breath. Mint also has antispetic properties and is a soother.
The mouthwash isn't a strong powerful minty taste unlike other brands that take your breath away, this is a gentle formular which is mild and gentle on your mouth. The taste doesn't overpower your mouth when using it.
Once you have gargled with the mouth wash and rinced your mouth out with water you can feel the difference to the condition of your mouth as it feels fresh and clean, do not swallow the mouth wash spit it out and keep this out of reach of children as they could think it's a drink .
I also used this when I had my wisdom tooth pulled out as it seemed to ease the pain and helped to heal the open socket quicker, even though it has mint in the formular you'd expect it to sting after a tooth extraction but it doesn't, it keeps the mouth clean and free from infection, which is important if you have had a tooth pulled out. I found that using this after my extraction helped it to heal quicker.
If you have bleeding gums then this is a great mouthwash to use and it contains no alcohol it is also good at soothing the pain from mouth ulcers or denture sores as it has a gentle cooling action.
The Corsodyl Mint Mouth Wash can be use during pregnancy and breastfeeding but always discuss these things with your doctors before using.
For best results use twice a day and after brushing the teeth, but wait a few minutes after brushing as toothpaste may stop the full effects of the mouth wash working.
If your looking for a great mouthwash that won't burn your mouth out when using then this one is mild and gentle anf works really well.
