Are you looking for a way to spice up your career, or spice up your business? If you are looking for some new ways to make work fun again, you need only to look at yourself in the mirror. While work can't always be fun, it can be fun for the majority of the time if you are running things right. It might seem counter intuitive, but you can make more money by having fun at work.

Why are you at work in the first place? Why did you choose to get into your current career path or job? There are choices we all make that shape our lives, but we sometimes forget why exactly we got into the line of work that we did. Why did you decide to start a business, or why did you choose one line of work over the other? Soul search and remember why you are doing what you are doing right now.

Chances are you will realize a few things about your job. You will realize that either you have strayed off course, or you didn't even like your job to begin with. Get back to basics and make the job fun again for yourself. Remember that you are working for your right to live, not living for the right to work.If you don't like your job to begin with it might be time to think about a career that will make things more interesting for you.

Keep in mind that if you make work fun for yourself, it will make work fun for everyone else. If you are running a business and you have employees, they will be having more fun if they understand that they have the opportunity to take business into their own hands and be creative about how they work and make you money.

This is where you make a profit for yourself. By being fun and creative, you can come up with a lot of ideas to make money while having fun at the same time. Clients will be interested in your fresh ideas and want to jump on the money making bandwagon as well. Business is all about innovation and the next idea that can push sales and profits for themselves as well as for you as a result.

Have fun at work and you won't work a day in your life as the old saying goes. Work hard, but keep a sense of humor about yourself as well. People will gravitate to you and you will see your employees smiling and your bank account growing as well.
