If you want to achieve all of the above, I can tell you from personal experience it is so easy. First of all you need to invest in a piece of equipment called a lateral thigh trainer with attachable wrist bands. The retail price is around 89.00 but you can spread the payments over 3 months . You will have seen this product advertised many of times, usually on the teleshopping channel but trust me I have one and the results are amazing. It even includes a work out dvd.
All it takes is 1/2 - 1 hour everyday. Remember to do stretch exercises before and after each work out, plus make sure you drink water at regular intervals. It is so easy to use. You can watch TV, listen to the radio and its fun to use. You burn calories like no tomorrow. You can easily achieve the perfect abs thighs and buttocks while loosing weight. Results will depend on your genetics though. One tip keep the room you exercise in really warm that way you sweat more, so in return you burn more calories. It is a good cardiovascular workout too. The wrist bands are attached and u can work all your upper body muscles via resistance and you will get your heart rate up.
Another tip it is best to work your upper body and lower body at the same time that way u burn more fat. You will start seeing results within a month. Another important factor make sure you obtain a balance diet otherwise the results will not be maximised. Also instead of lying around all the time keep yourself active. Just trot around the house as much as you can that way you keep your metabolism ticking and keep yourself active. In the end it will all pay off and you will feel a lot more healthy guaranteed.
