When it comes to shopping for shoes many women often go for the latest trends without caring if they are comfortable or not and that can lead to many health related issues in the futures such as, back pain, knee pain, and other bone related pains. Without  good bone related health one will find them facing walking issues as well in old age, but this shouldn't keep a fashion diva from buying hot shoe trends. Here are some tips on how to buy shoes that will be comfortable without having to go without the cute shoe trends of the season that the hottest models are wearing now on the catwalk.

1.) Try Shoes On and Walk.

The first thing any woman should do before they buy a pair of shoes would be to take some time to try them on and walk around the store in them to see if they are worth the pain or comfort they provide, otherwise if they don't one can put them back and then pick out another pair of shoes that feel more comfortable. However, if you must have that pair of shoes you can always find someone who can take the time to design a pair like that with extra cushion to help relieve any foot pain that happens to pop up. There are plenty of shoe makers out there you just got to know where to look without spend huge amount of money on shoes that were specifically made for you.

2.) Pump Up The Cushion.

The second thing every woman should do would be to pump up the cushion if they decide they want to go with heels and other high shoes, so that way they won't have to face deadly foot or other bone related pain for whatever reason. The best way to get more cushion would be to visit a store of your choice and purchase a few gel based shoe products to help reduce backpain and shock without having to spend hundreds of dollars to see a foot doctor to give you expensive cushioned foot gels that will go into your shoes each time you wear them.

3.) Visit The Foot Doctor.

If all else fails it would be best to visit the foot doctor to help pick out the best type of shoes for your feet. The best thing about the foot doctor is that they can design shoes that you want that won't cause you any pain, but one should expect to pay around hundred dollars for these special shoes that can help keep your bones in good shape for many years to come.
