As you walk on the beach, the ocean seems to draw you near
The water is waving as if it has hands
As it reaches a certain level it swings back and forth, down and up
The ocean waters come in and then the water goes back
The water reminds you of how events and situations can come and go
As the water goes back to the ocean it will only be for a short time
Life can be like an ocean, twisting you up and down and back and forth
Which way will you sway? Can you withstand the movement that life will bring
Like the ocean, life will continue on a pattern.
Only you can decide what pattern you will take

My mind travels cowardly full of tearful emotion
When I wonder about the deep parts of the ocean

And many different moods,
From violent raging tempests,
To lucid interludes.
It flows past frozen
