Interaction discussed

Unity Within Separate Worlds
Within a community are people of different worlds and attitudes. One part of the community is the church, where children sing songs of hope and have Sunday School teachers who give them hope, kind words, and loving lessons about loving, serving, helping and having empathy for your neighbor. I was such a child and had a Sunday School teacher who was so kind and so meek that she left her impression upon me for the rest of my life. It is an admirable art and profession to put into the mind of a child thoughts that make that child happy.

After the teacher gives them hope, kind words, and loving lessons, they leave the room where they are being taught and walk down a hall of people (young and old, male and female) who walk towards each other and look the other way for the most part because the sanctity and "busy-ness" of the other's life is so significant, it would be sacrilege or light mindedness to attempt to say anything other than, "How are you?". "How are you" is really not a question, but simply an enabling social custom.

The young are very cute and often draw attention from the old and others who tend to think that the Creator did an artful and brilliant job of creating cute souls. The great things that children are taught help them reach upward to touch a kind God, who really is the only person in the Universe who is able to touch and affect all parts of a soul because of the Spirit that He has. Sometimes, once in a while, you meet someone with a like mind who changes your life forever because of his sound foundations of life. However, people often quickly pass, and your ties fade and then are compromised by the marriage vows you take with another and the deeper understandings you gain.

Realization is a concept that enlarges the soul, but it seems that Realization is between you and God, or between you, God, and someone else close to you. But for the most part, on earth, it is a one-person show, and God can drop you to your knees often, and people can pass each other constantly by the hundreds, and people you have known can be only a memory.

But in church children and others can have it constantly drilled into their minds to "help" and "serve" and "love", but it seems that for the most part these are only admonitions lost in the differences among people and in the many different conflicts inherent in life and the understandings and misunderstandings of the mind.

The peace we feel is the love of God shedding itself upon you from a generous, understanding Father, but it seems that mankind is generally inherently apart on issues of the heart and soul, though each person thinks identically as a part of the nature of their being and the world they live in. These are two sides of the coin of life.

In church meetings we have attended in the past, we have experienced very impressive outpourings of the Spirit from an infinite God, and during these times we may have had the power to have impressive empathy for and with others, even strangers, and even with people we never thought we would want to associate with. We may have had a love for all, but without the love and power of God constantly and powerfully in our lives day by day (how likely is this?), we are like separate universes and separate souls remembering what prophets and preachers have said, but unable to connect in important ways.
