The best way to improve your fitness
Being physically fit is hard enough even without considering improving further on something that is pretty hard. Improving your fitness takes the right knowledge and commitment to see the results, making a consistent schedule that keeps your body working hard is the only way you can make your body reach a greater fitness. Working out every other day is said to be the most effective and helpful to the body and gradual increase in fitness and strength.
Working out increases your blood flow and internally increases your metabolism and stamina which overall means you're fitter and healthier. Physically you need to work harder to become fitter, overall the most effective way to become fitter for any average person is to jog/run every other day of the week. Running helps you build fantastic stamina and running every two days will gradually give you fantastic fitness. Any sport such as football, tennis, badminton, martial arts, boxing etc is highly recommended for those who find running boring like myself.
If you already consider yourself quite fit and want to become fitter what do you do? Becoming physically fitter is quite basic, all you need to do is look at your schedule and workout and increase what you are doing. Muscle building is highly popular between men and doesn't hold many fitness benefits, mix some cardio exercises into your weekly schedule and this will benefit your overall fitness and health.
Diet
Choosing the right foods to eat whilst sticking to your workout schedule is roughly 50% of the battle for becoming fitter and healthier. Food is a large source of energy for your body and without it you cannot become stronger, faster or overall fitter. Choosing foods that are low in fat, carbohydrates and contain a higher quantity of protein, vitamin C, D, and any form of energy will benefit your body. Staying strict with your diet along with your workout is the key to a greater fitness than any average person.
Consistency is the key to becoming physically fitter, your body takes time to heal and physically change after a workout usually 2 weeks into your plan you should start to notice physical changes and overall you should feel fitter and stronger. When you workout your body gives off chemicals that are like a drug, overall you should feel better and more positive which in time will make you into a fitter and stronger person in mind and body.
