 Portable Document Format Books(pdf books)

Pdf books became available in 1993, thanks to Adobe Systems, who were hoping to create an easier, more reliable way of transferring files and information. It did not really catch up on until the Adobe Reader was offered as a free software download and then the fad took off. It hasn't stopped yet.

It is now used for everything from scientific studies and how to manuals, to everyday files and even online learning. It is also the newest craze for those who love to read. For a mere 0.50 cents, you can download your favorite novel onto your kindle, which can hold 10,000 pdf books. Thanks to the Amazon Kindle and the Adobe Reader, you can take hundreds of your favorite stories with you anywhere you go, for the size of only one. Almost all files sent across the internet today are in pdf form and you must have Adobe Reader or a like product to use or view them. Most new computers now come with this software as standard equipment.
