Standing beneath the canopy
Of massive trees surrounding
A gentle breeze blows through the leaves
With worship all around me
Cascades of weeping branches blow
And sway in telling union
And I – within its' cradle cove
Stand awed in sweet communion
Lines of light from up above
Break through the dense, green ceiling
Chirping songbirds sing of love
And send my heart unreeling
A moment of wondrous serenity
In majesty abounding
I feel the Maker's soothing peace
In windy, whispers resounding
