How not to be a boring manager
Personally, I awake in the mornings and I choose to speak to God. O.K...In reality, I am not always consistant, so I tend to be rude sometimes. Therefore it is important to do this first thing because I simply believe. It is for certain my days go well according to God's plan. For me and you, it's good to know that we have the ultimate P.A managing from start to finish...To take hold of all those ongoing tasks - and the world will not stop for no one....Be vigilant for the unexpected and what ever surprises, good or bad. And we want to do it calmfully, not stressing out at the last minute - Oh my gosh! There are lots of things you must be awake to for everyone's good. And once you get started, no matter what room you step foot into first, you will be illumined with such an awareness that you're faced with an absolute knowing - your processor is warmed up and already functioning for you. Physical exercise will be pumping, depending on the energy impact at 6 in the morning.
Now! How not to be a boring manager is to see the values of you not acting like one. If you take your style and approach for instance and the feedback from all your responses that are either directed or indirected at you, you must appreciate this as your initial balance. Take the chellenge aswell as the credit. The credit is what will monotor your performance and the challenge is what needs to change. From what is not acceptable behaviour to what is. Once you've identified your factors in life, you will have matured and developed into a wise manager. This is your outcome, and the objective is to have your people see you as vibrant, exciting and interesting, not a boring manager. Even your families will see you a better manager. Because, once you overcome your loop holes, it's only too good to be true that you will get overwhelmed by it all. Simple as! So,without balance you cannot know yourself. If you permit yourself to try and meet your own needs first, then your actions are determined, louder than words. You have an opportunity to ignore the weight or accept it with a changed belief system that will continue to put out positive solutions.
