The reasons behind the creation of computer viruses

Some people just want to exercise their computer knowledge and find fun in creating harm to others. Sometimes they are part of whole communities enjoy the "fun" together with their mates.

Other probably simply want to try to find loopholes in the windows system, maybe even to make it better.

I have been targeted with a trojan before and can say that there are people out there who really enjoy disturbing your life and spying into your personal documents. These people really enjoyed making my life harder by letting my computer crash all the time and opening my cd drive constantly. Not very funny when you have to do some important work on the computer for which you need the internet.

Viruses have all kind of functions and the thing they all have in common: they disturb your life.
