Do you want that extra white smile to complement you're tan this summer without the cost? Who needs whitening when you have whitening toothpaste. Now you're probably all thinking I already use that stuff but it doesn't work extremely well, on the contrary my friend. Do you have about ten minutes a day to kick back and watch TV? If you do you have time for the shine so bright smile you've been wanting for a while.

step one:
Buy a whitening toothpaste, crest, Colgate which ever floats you're boat.
It's easier if the toothpaste is a visible color (red, blue)so you can see it when it's on.

step two:
buy a sturdy lip gloss brush. Doesn't have to be expensive but just one you're guaranteed the hairs won't fall out. (the brush gives precision)

step three:
apply a semi thick coat of toothpaste with the lip gloss brush to you're top and bottom teeth (mainly the visible ones it gets more challenging to reach the back)

step four:
smile like a fool for ten minutes so the toothpaste doesn't touch the lips. At this time you can sit on the couch watch some TV whatever you prefer. On a side note it's easier if this is you're alone time, it's not exactly easy to talk when you have toothpaste you're trying to keep on you're teeth for 10 minutes.

step five:
brush it off and follow toothbrushing routine.

Do this 1-3 times a week depending if you're a coffee drinker or not you may want to do it more often.
Chewing gum after the fact seems to help too, and if you don't find chewing gum does anything for you don't have to chew it but whats the harm in a piece of gum anyways.
