If you are a woman attending an "adult only" Halloween partyand need some creative (or somewhat naughty) ideas for a costume, you may want to give these homemade costumes a try!

Painted Body - Ask someone with a bit of talent to paint your body. You can go wild with ideas! Try a complete camouflage body or have your body painted to look like a tiger or zebra or some other animal. You can even have clothing painted on like

a bra and hot pants. It's a way to be dressed while wearing nothing at all!

Topless Waitress - Put on a sexy short skirt and a lacy thong. Or wear just an apron around your waist. Then grab a tray and blue a couple of beer bottles on it. Step into a pair of stilettos and you're ready to go. And don't forget to put a tip jar on your tray!

Naughty Nurse - Hit the thrift shops and see if you can find a traditional nurse uniform. If not, look online. Then wear it open down the front and show off your stethoscope. Panties are optional!

Handy Woman - Wear a tool belt, and only a tool belt! Steel toe boots may be necessary too.

Hula Girl - Buy a grass skirt or make one by hanging strands of crepe paper from a stretchy belt. Then add a great big lei and a floral headdress as a finishing touch.

Naked Mummy - Wrap your body in rags but don't wrap the important parts! Leave the body parts that you normally want covered up uncovered!

Cowgirl - Bring your lasso and wear your best cowgirl boots and hat! You may also want to pick up a pony on a stick as an accessory.

Good Fairy - Look online for directions on how to make some simple fairy wings. Then make a fairy dress or skirt by draping very sheer fabric over your body. You will also need a magic wand!

Cave Woman - Wear some Ugg boots or make some booties using fake fur. Boil some chicken legs then pull off all the meat and let the bones dry. String the bones together to make a necklace. Get yourself a big club and mess up your hair!

Red Hot Devil - Find some red pleather panties and a matching bra. You can cut out the tips of the bra cups if you want... depending on how devilish you are! Then attach a tail to the back of your panties and wear some red horns on your head. And don't forget the pitch fork!

Whatever you decide to dress up as, always remember that your local thrift store is a good place to look for articles of clothing for your costume.
