Regardless of the differences between the two, each has its own place for its use.
The benefits of this plant are numerous for the consumption of it for medical problems, and the many uses for the industrial species are pretty much known, but except for one, which I have yet to see discussed is its use for an alternative fuel.
Although I don't smoke, I've been around those who do at concerts, or party's etc.
Watching one individual light up with a pipe, I noticed a flame shoot up out the pipe like a propane torch which lasted for a few seconds. This was as a result of a seed being smoked in the pipe along with the weed itself.
To me this was amazing that such a small seed could produce such a flare, and to last about 4 to 5 seconds at that, was even more incredible.
This tells me that if hemp were to be grown as female, and pollinated so that each plant produces mass amount of seeds, this alone would be the answer to our energy problems. I can think of no other plant that produces a seed that can produce such a large amount of energy for its size.
Surprisingly, it has never been discussed in anything relative to marijuana's use as a possible fuel source.
