This is a slight product variation of Gillette Fusion and Fusion Power razor product(s). It is safe to say that Gillette Fusion Proglide is not currently available widely in the U.K supermarkets and leading high street shops, though that did not stop my interest in getting my hands on this new product for around 30 days. I expect that each blade like the Fusion and Fusion Power blades will each last for around 2 weeks where I shall be shaving my beard on a daily basis. I felt that the buying experience is expensive, though the results of the shave on the whole made the experience worthwhile indeed. I also have the chance to re order the new ProGlide replacement blades when they become available in the supermarkets. Alternatively the existing Fusion Power and Fusion manual blades work with this Fusion ProGlide razor.
I also was pleased with the ease of shaving of the Fusion manual and Fusion power razor, so it arousedmy suspicions even more so in getting this new version of Gillette. I remained a bit sceptical of what benefits that this new product has over the Fusion range.
Gillette Fusion ProGlide razor from marketingweek news reports that this product is to be launched globally within the next year or so. As one of the first people to try this product out, I do not feel that to have a good shave do we need to buy the latest shaving equipment and so forth. I feel that the Gillette products over the years are successful because they deliver the goods and provide a clean and worthy shave on the whole. So I have tried this razor blade and compared to the Gillette Fusion razor blades there is little difference overall. The same 5 blades are used on the head of the razor blade, but the difference is that they are thinner. Design wise there appears to be more grip and a smoother and slightly more straight razor blade angle positioning.
From Beautybythebundle.com website, I was lucky to receive the retail version that contained one razor blade handle of Fusion ProGlide and two razor blade cartridges. Also in the pack was a replacement cartridge holder with a replacement. Having experienced some improvements I will have to wait in buying more replacements for this product, but at least I currently own around ten replacement standard Fusion blades to use over the next few months. Overall this is an interesting product that is worthy of credit. Expensive in price as it is now, and with availability not guaranteed for another year, I can recommend this
