The waves and my shadow,
how can say what be the last,
nor what will become of present,
the waves carry the shine,
before I can touch it,
it slips away.
I wanted that light,
Inside myself for my own,
angels dance at sunset bay,
my shadow feels the waves too,
as I place the white flower,
down on the slippery sand,
the breeze hums softly,
whispering the unknown rhythm,
the waves accepts my gift,
while the coconut leaves waves a goodbye.
Sea……..,
from the golden shore or yours,
I stand by my own,
do send my regards to those,
above and below,
to the dead and the living,
I am sorry,
I can’t come yet,
mark my presence with this gift,
and let me have the seashell,
to take home.

Poetry: The sea
by Natasha Head
Twilight approaches
Casting dull grey shadows
Upon the dull gray sand.
My toes scrunch,
Basking in the coolness
As

Deep rolling undercurrents filled with barnacles and old timber
Seashells and sand migrating with the pull of moon's limber
by Nathan Thorn
Pulled by a helpful hand,
High above the clouds,
The deep, calm sea moves up the sand,
Not quiet, nor too loud,
A thousand memories
The Water's Burn
Into frothy, rabid clutches sink
flocks of steaming young and old in horror.
Too dark to see in those coal
by Mike Patrick
ALONE AT SEA
Silent rows of angry waves
Slap against the bow.
With just the movement of the stars
To show time is passing now.
