I'm your conscience that knows right from wrong
You should always listen to me, but you usually don't for long.
I'm the little devil that sits in the back of your mind
I persuade you to do things that are mean and unkind
I try to influence you to make good moral choices
I think that your convinced, but then you hear those evil voices
My evil presence takes over and drowns out all the good
I would annihilate and destroy him, if only I could
Do not listen to that devil! He does not care about you!
Evil will ruin your future, he is using you, it's true!
I attack your nice warm thoughts like the clouds covering the sun
Why be good, when being bad is so much more fun ?
Being good can be fun too, if you just give it a try
Why do you want to hurt people, ruin lives, why?
Why should I care about others, the only one I care about is ME
There is goodness all around you, open your eyes and see!
I'm bad through and through, I only see evil, that is who I am, it's me!
I will never give up on you, I believe there is some good in every being!
Well go right ahead wasting your time, I'll never be good as long as I'm breathing!
Hey, you two! I'm sick of listening to you fight! Remember, I own this brain
It's mine, and I will do what I please. You are driving me insane!
Oh, I already am insane, this straight jacket makes it hard to think
Boy does this situation I'm in really stink, stink, stink!
You two listen to me now! Keep quiet! Shut up! I want some peace in my head!
I cannot even move, I cannot even think, Honestly I think I'd rather be dead!

Poetry: Good and evil
Good and evil have existed since the dawn of man.
From the time of Adam and of Eve, when it began.
Each side has
I hate me. The conflict within is so simple,
yet lasting in ideal this battle is eternal.
The sick joy I find in degrading
With a mind full of clutter between wrong and right,
I find the battle within going on day and night.
The me that wants
by Carol Gioia
Good and evil
struggle with the blind,
each fighting to the finish,
to overpower mankind.
Ignorance allows
evil to grow,
Deep within his evil lair
He ever plots our doom
Caring not what's right or fair
He schemes within his tomb
Upon his throne
