Forgiveness was costly...
much more so than Mary's perfume.
It cost our dear Lord everything, almost more than He could bear
and pained the heart of Jesus more than the nails that caused Him to bleed.
It truly is the love that is worth than diamonds, silver, or gold.
Forgiveness is sweet.
The kind sun that burst onto the screen of the mellow sky
or a love letter has nothing on it.
Evil may be a part of life, it always has been-
but forgiveness is that cool, clear renewing stream of grace.
Forgiveness is forever.
Heaven, our eternal joy and undying peace is waiting for us.
There we will embrace our wonderful Saviour, and be embraced by Him.
He knocks on the door of our heart
and asks if we'll get to know Him.
Forgiveness can be yours, and mine.
All that's needed is trust...
God has already given us all we need to believe.
Will you give him your heart and life?
His love is seeking you out-
He wants you to put your faith in His goodness.

I've let go of almost everything I've ever had

All have left, every good and every

Fear held me in its steely grip
Need and want clouded my mind
Impatience ruled my days
I rejected love

So oft' times
Forgiveness is too cumbersome
Too give unto someone
When I cannot forget
When my obsession
Is that of hate
