Who is profiting from the Gulf oil spill?

Who is profiting from the Gulf oil spill?

In all reality, no one benefits from the oil spill. I am sure that the "green companies" and lawyers will benefit some, but at what cost?  Exxon may benefit because no one will buy from BP. Then BP will go bankrupt and not be able to pay for the damage it has done, in return it will come from our tax dollars. This is a very sad and serious situation. My heart breaks to think of the people and marine life that have been injured and killed due to irresponsibility of BP and our government. There are some that say that it is not the President's fault, but I do not hear of any measures being taken or money being spent to regulate safety measures for future oil drills. Not to mention that health care cost are increasing, cost of living is increasing, and yet our tax dollars are being literally wasted. What happened to all the "stimulus" money? Oh, ya there isn't any left! Obama has no plan, and never has had a plan. If we re-elect him our country is headed for a path of destruction. Possibly the path of no return!

The Gulf oil spill is just one example of how vulnerable we are. This should show everyone that more money needs to be spent on important things such as securing our borders? If we can't even cap an oil leak, how the hell are we suppose to stop terrorist from entering our country? President Obama has no plan in Iraq either, wasn't it his platform to "get us out as soon as possible"? He hasn't backed one single thing he has said. Except for screwing up our health care insurance. The oil spill is going to cause numerous health problems that will not be seen for years, it will affect everyone. There have already been reports of crops having brown spots from the precipitation off of the ocean. It will affect everything we eat, the water we drink yet no measures are in place to fix anything.  Even more serious is the chemicals BP is pouring into the water to try to cover up how much oil is actually leaking. They will not even let the public near certain areas. They are hiding evidence of dead animals and lying about how much oil is actually leaking. It is just a huge mess!

The only thing I can say is please pray for everyone that lives near the Gulf. This place has already been through great tragedy with the hurricane and now this. The US hasn't had a good President since Ronald Regan. This is why I am going to make it easy and vote STRAIGHT REPUBLICAN!
