The early morning sun tumbled right into my window,
bathing my bedroom with light
somehow it failed to reach me
sprawled as I was in my bed.
I set the table for breakfast,
coffee brewing on the pot
sitting with my warm cup
yet feeling chilled through the heart.
Don't say it
it means nothing to me now.
The heart once filled to brimming,
lay empty, discarded.

Poetry: Empty and full
The King sat and pondered
And everybody wondered
What the King would say
About the problem before him that day
We need a decision,
While some exclaim their cup is full,
And others not proclaim,
The ways of life are never dull,
And no one is the same.
An empty belly that hurts,
Cloths are covered, full of dirt,
Smiles have fade, no laugh be heard,
Too tired and hungry,
"Equipoise"
Nothing
empty
vapid
hollow
zero
space
vacuum
black
closed
point
minuscule
Me
Everything
Dense
full
white
Feeling empty brings dismay
Despair and total loss
Don't fear adversities on your way
And heaviness of your cross
Do not
