Every day I start again
On this journey that never seems to end
You started me on
This when you left me before dawn
Even though it hurts me to say
I am glad that you went away
If you hadn’t I would not
Have started on this journey, I would still miss out on a lot
Every day I get to find myself again
By the time I go to bed, my energy has gone down the drain
I learn more about me every day
I can do what I want, you don’t have a say
No matter where this journey leads
I know that I am free
I know that we will never be
Back together, you and me
Everyday I have to fight
With the scars you left me with that night
Always, you said
That the only thing I was good for was in bed
I know better now
Something I have had to learn for myself somehow
Always you try
To make me feel that way again and make me cry
You no longer have the power to
Do all the things to me you used to do
Even though I don’t date
To move on, I don’t need a mate
Just being with our girls
Is enough for me in this world
Because I have gone on this journey
I know I don’t need anybody
But if I happen to
Find a love that is true
I will be better off
Because of this journey you have sent me through

It was quite a journey…
A trip to the world unknown…

to form no mind in sturdy paths

Departure is a journey with a scene,
Going with ecstasy to a place mopped and clean,

I've had some timber, panes of glass,
from someones house disposal skip,
and they were pleased to see it gone,
