My beloved Papa,
Though your passing broke my heart in to a thousand little pieces,
Know that I'll search for and treasure every little fragment
For every piece holds a part of you......
Your were a man of few words but
Know I consider the wisdom of your silence
The greatest lesson you’ve ever taught me.....
You had met life's constantly sharp curves
With such saintly grace and dignity
Inspiring me always as I carry on my life's journey...
Though my tears kept falling,
I'm consoled knowing I can visit you in Jesus' heart
For I firmly believe He welcomed you with open arms.....
I’ll be waiting for the day when we'll never have to say goodbye,
When time and distance will be no more,
And I'll stretch my arms and you'll pick me up
As I become your little girl again....
Rest in peace Papa and know that I love you......
