A guide to the Siren class in Borderlands (PS3)

So you decided to choose the Siren class in Borderlands, or maybe you’re trying to decide which of the four classes in Borderlands you should choose. This guide to the Siren should help you narrow down your choices.

The Siren class revolves more around the sub-machine gun because it provides speed and mobility. The Siren class also has a unique skill called Phase-Walking. This skill can be paired with different power effects such as fire, electricity, etc. Your speed is also increased when Phase-Walking making it a useful skill for escape or travel because of its fairly short cool-down. The Siren is best when using a sub-machine gun with a powerful sniper rifle or revolver so that you have a combination of a spraying gun for close-medium range and a powerful medium-long range gun hence the sniper or revolver.

On another note, if you happen to be a girl who wants to play Borderlands, you can easily choose to be the Siren because it’s the only female class and helps you feel more comfortable with the game.

Although there are four classes, the thing that separates them from one another is their unique skills. Each class has one unique skill completely different from the other class. Otherwise, the fine line between each class is blurred because all four classes can wield all the same weapons and items therefore the only thing separating them are their unique skills and their skin, meaning how they look.

The Siren class is a fairly easy class to play and doesn’t really require a guide to be played properly. Since the differences of all the characters are only based on their unique skills, that makes each class playable in any way possible. The phase-walk skill of the Siren is also flexible and can be used for different scenarios and combinations therefore the Siren class should be played the way you feel most comfortable in playing any other character.

The Siren Class also has sub-classes depending on what you choose to equip. The subclasses improve you slightly whether it is your sub-machine gun damage or you’re phase-walking ability.

All in all the Siren class is fairly easy to play and figure out. You shouldn’t have any trouble if you decide to play this class and hopefully this guide was helpful in describing the Siren class for you and maybe even helped you decide to choose the Siren class.
