If you are looking for a quick payment no. Click pay sites do not give you a quick money, you have to click on over 100s of little emails a day to get it. When you first sign up you normally have to wait 30 days with most programs. I guess that's there way of making sure you plan on sticking around for a while but it just makes everything drag on when they do that.
If you forget to click for a day or two you'll have a whole slew of emails to click. Some will have expired after a day and others won't, but you won't know until you click and wait 10, 15 or 30 seconds.
I have signed up for numerous websites that offer paid per click emails however I've only been paid by a few. Yes, I also ended up deleting the accounts after a few months of only earning a dollar or two. I have been paid randomly by a few, but that's only like .05 or .01 to my paypal account.
If you are joining only to get that fast $10 you may want to think again.
