Explaining the causes of sleep deprivation

When you get a chance, check out this website: http://ky.essortment.com/sleep deprivatio_rloc.htm
This site has a detailed explanation on why you could possibly have sleep deprivation. The most common is life itself, and not taking time for you. Before you go to bed at night, try to do breathing exercises. Take a deep breath, hold for 3 seconds, and SLOWLY count down from 10 while exhaling. Do this three times ( make sure you are taking your time doing so to prevent passing out) and you will begin to feel your body relaxing and all your muscles loosen up. If you continously have sleep deprivation, try taking up beginner yoga before you go to bed. This will loosen up your muscles and cause you to basically forget all the stressful things from the day and just focus on your body and your mind. If you do basic stretching, this will also help you relax and sleep more soundly.
