Social Networking sites are becoming more and more popular nowadays. People are using that sites daily. They would like to keep in contacts either for business reason or just personal reasons.
It looks like Google is the one giving more concern about this situation. They are developing their systems to integrate Gmail account with those social networking sites.

Is it difficult to integrate Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn into your Gmail account. Definetely not! It is very easy if you want to integrate those social network sites with your Gmail account. You can also import your contacts so you can for example do tweeting from your Gmail sidebar.

Here are some simple steps that you need to follow if you want to do the integration between Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn with your Gmail account.

Basically the steps can be done in your Gmail lab features. First step, you go to your Gmail lab feature then you need to turn on "Add any gadget by URL" in Gmail Labs. This option can be found in the bottom of the option list. Then you enter the setting gadgets of those social networking sites, For example, for Twitter, you need to add Twitter gadget. To make it easier you can just copy and paste this URL : "https://twittergadget.appspot.com/gadget-gmail.xml" into Email Gadget settings. By adding this gadget, it is possible to tweet from your Gmail account sidebar.

And if you want to add Facebook gadget, you just need to add this URL link: "http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/1049714 04861070329537/facebook.xml" into your Gmail gadget settings.

This step will be the same if you want to add LinkedIn gadget. You just need to add the URL gadget or LinkedIn into your Gmail Email settings.

Once you finish this step, you will be able to integrate those social networking sites in your Gmail sidebar.

You can also follow these steps by importing your contacts. To make it easier, you can use Firefox browser to do this step. Because Firefox already has special add-on that you can install to import your contacts from Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn into your Gmail contacts.

You just need to install the add-on first then after it is installed, you click “Tools” from the Firefox menu and choose “Contacts”. You will get new browser tab which will you to see the options to import your Twitter and Gmail contacts.

The next steps will be so easy. You can just click the "import" button which is showed next to the services. When you click that button, all your contacts will be import to Firefox Contact manager. Then your contacts are integrated already between Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn with your Gmail account.
