Pax American Coalition should begin immediately, and overtly, to educate all of the middle eastern despots in counting their enslaved people's votes, for the first, next regime change. Since the Egyptian, Iranian, and Saudi voting systems illustrate the failure of despotically designed and controlled voting systems, we must begin, by polling the various enslaved middle eastern peoples, via free Pax American Coalition cell phone systems, for some months, or if the despots learn, and survive, hopefully, for years or even decades. This involves training and building up coalition Shock and Awe regime change columns, stationed in a number of impregnable redoubts set by permanent treaty, on Iraqi/Afghan borders. With a weather eye on the rampant Russian empire of Putin's dreams, those 50 mile wide free fire coalition training zones along every inch of those disputed borders, should be backed up, and supported by permanent treaty set, support bases located in several of the soviet union residue nations, particularly those with commodity and petroleum reserves. We should include bases in those at risk nations fortuitously located in a containment pattern about the kleptocratic new energy czarist Russian pretender regime. This redeployment of up to half of our present world wide troop contingent, would cost less than half of the present cost of keeping up to 250,000 of our forces deployed for the last half century, in the incredibly expensive and ultra modern old ingrate European socialist nations, Japan, and Korea. A comparison of the yearly thousand or so PAC deaths, to the useless deaths due to boredom, fast cars, and women, comprised of the scurvy exploitation zones that exist around our foreign bases, should be undertaken, to bring some clarity to the disloyal majorities moans about casualties among our volunteers in the GWOT battle zones, versus the far less honorable losses inevitable in our world wide deployments of tough young people who volunteer to fight. It is clear now, that European deployments are counter productive, and those nations are not where the next war must be deterred, or conducted. They have largely got their last half century of freedom, on the cheap, and only Sarko's France displays an improving memory of the last half century. It is also clear, that the socialist ingrates freed by our father's Pax American Allies arms, richly deserve to fail economically, which they will do, within the first few decades that we move our troops, and our vast infrastructure expenditures, to the newly free, and for now, grateful host nations, where the GWOT threat, the freedom to train, and the potential for action is near at hand. Of course, the vastly less expensive siting costs would push up our government surpluses, and jerk the grateful host nations infrastructure, utilities, roads, etc, into the modern world, making them impossible for Russia to bully back into the kleptocracy of Russia now, or to conquer, later, if Putin's SinoRussian alliance dream prevails. It would also be done, without pouring limitless American taxpayer's dollars into ungrateful European socialist nations that prevent our automobiles, retailers, and exports from being freely offered in competition to their pampered farmers, union industries, retailers, et al. The middle eastern voting costs, including distribution of cell phones, hand-cranked radios, with cell phone chargers, and GPS and Video/camera functions, to collect the enslaved peoples' votes, could come from the same savings, over the next half century, and from taxing the additional wealth created when the socialist experiment nations that we have kept alive since the Marshall Plan, with our military presence, and costs, fail and come to rely more on our goods and services, delivered through their allowing a level trade playing field, thus allowing our retail sales of autos, etc, that have been barred, or highly limited, by those socialist nations for half a century, while we kept them free, largely with American dollars. The various regime change capable force's base locations should be chosen specifically to insure that no despotic regime, nor religious or regional coalition of despots, is threatened more than any other. We want them all to learn the lessons apparent from fairly counting secret ballots, as proposed above, for the next despotic regime to be changed. Every civilized human is aware that the vast majority of those regimes, not just Iran and Syria, are despotic, and enslave their peoples, although some have better public relations firms than others. What they do to their females, in many of those despotic regimes, is alone, sufficient reason to bring together a civilized coalition of free humans, to change their regimes, by force. Female circumcision, by razor blade, absent anesthesia or medical supervision, taken with forced marriage, divorce by males only, and often by cell phone, with denial of medical care, domestic abuse, and accepted murder via seventeen kinds of honor killings, is also barbarity, that is far, far worse than any civilized human is capable of imagining, without undergoing the process. The Free Worlds refusal to just lay out this incredible barbarity case, including showing scars, mental and physical, of these obscene practices are an indictment of our own humanity. It is time to produce, and offer Retail Freedom, educating the perfect customer, the wives, daughters, sisters, and some decent males, and the grandchildren of Islam, to shut down ten thousand years of horror for Islam's women including slavery, murder, and barbarity in a generation or two. A Voice of America daily video cast, available world wide, of the actual scars, and crimes endured by one of Islamo-fascism's daughters circumcised, raped, defiled, and enslaved in enforced marriages, would be a good start. Protection of the subject would reduce the number of murders of those testifying, and bring forward millions of clear cell phone pictures of horror so abject, that our wobbly nation's excuses evaporate, and we get on with the next regime changes. The English speaking peoples, with any of our wobbly allies ashamed to continue their free ride, can simply ask Islam, or at least, most of their daughters, their victims, when they will have Freedom, in a program modeled after the incredibly effective micro-finance schemes that have recently proved that tiny development loans to women, not dictators, in the worst poverty stricken hell-holes, regardless of the kleptocracy of their rulers, leverages life altering improvements that shame the IMF's billion dollar meddling loans out of the conversation about aid for the world's poorest peoples. Go after silenced majority of the middle eastern monster regime's voters with brains above their belt buckles, and wrest the enslaved females of the Levant out of their torture. The males can come along for the ride, as it were, or sleep very lightly in any household furnished with knives. Forget aiding national regime's, for with alarming frequency, outside the developed world, kleptocracy and murder is the rule of nations, see Putin, Mugabe, Saud, Assad, Henry the Eighth, of England, the early French and Spanish royals, but, no Americans, to date. You see, Americans comprise an adamantly free, personally armed people, damned impatient of tyranny, wherever found. We have proved that the potential for politician's stealing micro-finance loans made directly by the donor, to women, falls quickly to near zero, because women raise children, not Swiss bank account balances for dictators. Similarly, fairly counting, and executing, the votes of the main victims of despotic/fundamentalist regimes, females and children, will rectify one of the crucial errors, we made in the first two Iraqi punitive expeditions. Failing to talk to the women, and the families, instead of just the commanders of military units was perhaps our worst failure to spend the time, and money, to allow the victims of the despotic ruler to vote on the disposition of their enslavers. Of course, had we delivered the phones, instructions manuals, et al, all over the target regimes, to poll the victims, those victims could have used the phones, with whatever influence they had, on their husbands, brothers, families, (not all Muslim men are monsters), through our safe, private, constantly circling aircraft cell phone coverage, to arrange, among themselves via the private telephone and internet communication ability we provided, and with our negotiators, for a separate peace, or stand-down from the fighting. This ability, to save their tribe, their family, their military units large or small, down to even individual soldiers, with GPS locations, photographs, and marking agreements to save, for later use, their family or tribal or regional homes, compounds, facilities, including ships, aircraft, tanks, weapons, et al could have prevented the Iraqi regime change altogether. That communication effort, cheaply and easily done, could have resulted in a valuable educational experience, by providing the dictator and his regime members each a similar phone, with the same reward system offered their enslaved people. In many cases, particularly now that we have actually hanged a petty dictator, and most of his hangers-on, we would expect that a dictator's, or king's, personal observations over months or years of voting, and the posted information about the ongoing election results, that he could call up on the PAC free internet, could well encourage them to arrange a quick regime exit to a neutral nation, as a more pleasing alternative to their own personal hangings, and losing access to all those Swiss bank accounts. On the other hand, if the forced regime change proved necessary, the voting communication system would have simplified our hanging of Saddam and his cronies, and facilitated the location of any WMD he transferred to Iran, Syria, or other despotic regimes, including Russia, et al. Since the commercialization of force, by warlords, kings, and tribes has a multi-thousand year history in the middle east, the voting manual distributed with the phones would have provided specific financial rewards, with simple coded instructions, to claim safely, reward payments, in gold, or currency of choice, for any voter who documented the precise locations, with photographs, GPS locations, etc, of those fighting units, important enemy leaders, weapons dumps, WMD facilities, WMD shipments from Iraq, et al, concealed in their regions, or entering Iraq from their countries. Immediate extraction, for the informer's self, family, or even tribe or military unit, would be offered, in the case of war altering intelligence. The conceded pre-invasion failure to communicate to the voters of Iraq, most particularly the women, significantly complicated coalition efforts involved in freeing millions of Iraqi people who have been terrorized into submission, and viciously repressed for thousands of years. No nation deprived of the freely expressed opinion of it's women in particular, or generally, of any major portion of it's people can expect to prosper. This was proven perfectly, by our own English experiment with slavery and kings. The unintended consequences of slavery have savaged our world, from the date we began buying slaves gathered up and sold to us by independent operators, from the Barbary States, until this writing. The damage and waste may never be healed. This failure, to listen to major segments of the population caused the same sorts of unrest in Iraq and American, before and after the invasion of Iraq. The unintended consequences, in America, were far more helpful than those experienced to date, in Iraq. For instance, failure to listen to the citizens has been helpful in bringing a measure of caution to the failed conservative majority politicians who forgot to dance with the folks that handed them the majority. In addition, it has set in motion a smattering of disciplined thinking previously unheard of, in the liberal new majority. Like the despots we hope to influence by counting their enslaved peoples votes, it appears that our political class have unavoidably learned something, while they reveled in the bloody destruction of what arrogant men on both sides of the aisle had come to see as a permanent conservative majority. The Thrashing that the GOP earned by ignoring their base, made it abundantly clear, even among the political class, on either side of the aisle, that the American people clearly support freedom for all humans, and, in the special case of the middle east, we support freedom from the savage barbarity visited on the females of the majority of middle eastern regimes. There are centuries of clear reasons why our dictionary includes Barbary States, in the same pages with barbarity, let's just all civilized folk agree, now, to drop the politically correct, and gutless, dancing around the horror visited on middle eastern females. On the other hand, not arranging, pre-invasion, in Iraq, for follow-on government, and allowing stand-aside, and survival for individual military units, families, individuals, and tribes to save, enjoy, and use their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor once freedom was secured by Pax American Coalition, has wasted hundreds of billions of dollars, and uncounted thousands of coalition and Iraqi lives. That stupid failure to communicate with all the Iraqi peoples, was not as bad as abandoning the Kurds when they rose up against Saddam, and letting him kill them, with WMD, in their uncounted thousands, but it ranks right up there, and it is lasting far longer. The further, longer lasting and more wasteful stupidity was our infringement of the right of all peoples, everywhere, to keep and bear arms, when we limited the weapons and ammunition available to the Iraqi people's helpless families to a single rifle and a few bullets. We took away the family heirlooms, often stripped from our invading forefather's cold dead hands, the antique weapons they relied upon for hundreds of years to exact in their often hopeless, helpless dying, a blood price from their native oppressors, when ground too hard under the despot's heel. That murderously misguided decision, is still, now, preventing the common Iraqi from exacting that same blood price, in killing a few of the various murder squads that Saudi, Iranian, Syrian, Jordanian et al despots and their citizens are financing, with our petro dollars. It was apparent to our founding American fathers, many of them Scotch or Irish, that even Christian kings and despots only disarm their citizens because armed citizens cannot be cheaply subdued, or slaughtered if they reject slavery. The idiotic disarming of Iraqi families, allowing only one small caliber weapon, and limited ammunition, lowered the criminal's costs of murdering those who chose to ignore orders to leave their homes in areas controlled by other sects. The only reason the militias are able to slaughter members of other sects with impunity is that we disarmed the law-abiding family people, and served them up, without a safe communication link to PAC forces, like raw read meat, just as we do in "no go" neighborhoods in England, Canada, Australia, Washington D.C., New York, New Jersey, and half dozen other US states run by mafia warlords, or idiot liberal bureaucrats, in direct violation of the US constitution. We will continue to expose citizens of the Levant, to their despots, and their local criminals, including the organized criminal gangs/militias free to rape and ruin their neighbors, to conduct ethnic cleansing, and to prevent peace until Iraqi families again have the ability to keep and bear any arms they consider necessary to live free, or die, just like New Hampshire's Americans. Let me assure you, one magazine, and an AK-47, or a bolt action Enfield rifle is not going to punish the killers sufficiently to deter their crimes. The victims of despots, warlords and, in our early history, English and European kings know they cannot win, as did their exterminators. But, both the despots, and their victims are aware that free armed men will risk certain death, while punishing their murderers in the same old way that our Scotch and Irish ancestors died, in droves, over centuries. Our forefathers, died fighting with rocks and clubs against mounted and armored knights, engaged in deliberately murdering them, with the best arms on earth, during our own ethnic cleansing. Our own diaspora, forced by England's despots, spread those laughing blue and green eyes and go-to-hell red hair all over the planet earth, including Islam's earth. We can re-arm the Iraqi families, and insure, with our impregnable bases, for a half century, that same bare chance, to live free or die, to the middle eastern peoples, that we took for ourselves, and provided the ingrates of old Europe, Asia, et al, after WWII. We have proved that regime change, done by Pax American Coalition, is cheaper, faster, and with far less loss of life than will inevitably continue, if we allow despots to enslave, and brutalize barbarically, hundreds of millions of people in the middle east, and indeed, in any place, wherever the new caliphate, armed with the wobbly world's petro dollars, or their prayed for, golden dinar, can buy, bully, or conquer in the next century. By the way, it costs far more, in risk, in money, in time, and in the Arab street, to send a homicide murderer, or an insurgent fighter to be slaughtered in some Iraqi/Afghan hell-hole, than it does to send the same killers to a supermarket in the developed world. On the other hand, it is far more efficient, and marginally possible, to assign and support generations of our magnificent military volunteers to kill every one, and every thing that enters their free fire zones, where no innocent ever enters, while that same Arab Street uses their free PAC voting system phones to have their votes counted fairly, unlike in Florida and Michigan, as they decide on the next despot to be hung, and the next few million enslaved women to be freed from barbarity.
