Fat Food
Food has changed through time and from place to place but not always for the better.America is known as the fast food state. We indulge ourselves with the many fattening foods that our society has to offer.Though they taste good there not always good for us.Things like the "Big Mac" and "Triple beef Pattie" have made avoiding obesity even harder. The threat is there but the increase in food makes it hard for people to resist temptation. The number of people suffering from obesity, adults as well as teens and children alike, are dangerously high and getting higher. We have more fast food restaurants like"McDonald's" and "Burger King" then healthier ones.Even so, many of these restaurants like McDonald's have made healthy changes to there menues and have been promoting good eating habits.Still, obesity is a big problem, especially in America. We all need to try and make healthier choices.Instead of picking up some fast food we should try to kill our hunger by eating healthier things that we fine tasty. Also by cutting down on those trips to the drive through for a fast and easy meal.We need to help ourselves and the generation after us.
