Sad Goodbye

Its a sad goodbye that I never got to say

A sad goodbye I had to say after you went away

I knew you were still here in my heart

But those things never get a fresh start

That was the day I swore to never give my heart away

Only because it would be broken again some day

Now here I am looking for another chance

In my heart to say goodbye with out a glance

I know you could never come back to this place

That was the worse day when I found you fell into grace

They knew it was coming

But they were in a hurry and running

I didn't want to go

Because deep down I know

That it was the day you left

And my sad goodbye I would never get
