You don't need a television or a social event, alcohol and vices, you don't even need a spa or an ocean view to achieve relaxation. All you need is your mind and to know how use it well.
A guided visualization is a great form of meditation. To begin you need to be able to stabilize your mind. To do this well, if you are serious in using guided visualization and meditation to greatly affect your life in a positive way, you must first try to unclutter your life. Lessen your activities that are not essential. Be satisfied always with what you have and be grateful with whatever you get.
