There is usually a reason why chaos begins a new cycle in our lives. Sometimes we have too much happening in our lives all at once. The reason is usually our fears start to surface in the mental, emotional, and spiritual state at the present moment. Life is teaching us to stop for a moment and look at the inner turmoil that has seeped into our lives. This is called a Major Life Crisis and we are suppose to stand still for a moment and see what needs to healed and let go of the things that are old and not working for us anymore.
How many of us really stop for the moment and try to find a solution for our problems? We have to unravel the mess we made out of our lives to begin with. Its time to step up to the plate and really look at what is being presented to us? Are we going to listen to the inner voice that is born within our heart and soul? Not really! Its the signs of life telling us that we are either living in the past or worried about our future. There is no in between this state of chaos when the cycle of life hits us abruptly. You can't play hide and seek any more! Its time to be responsible for what we put out there to begin with. What a double whammy it is when the universe is knocking at our front door? Now its time to clean up our act of faith and belief in GOD and the universe to help us through the mess!
In order to start the process of cleaning up our act is to set aside some time to be alone. Then begin to write down all the problems one at a time in a journal book. This begins the process to look at one problem at a time. After making a list of all the problems, make sure to prioritize what will come first. Once the problem is solved then go to the next. Make sure you cross off the ones that you have completed. When new problems show up, add them to the bottom of the list.
It can be easy to stay calm during the chaotic times of our lives. We need to stop adding more stress and pressure in our daily lives. Its time to take some down time every day and just calm our minds and feel our hearts. Don't overreact or add more thinking to our minds either. That will just add more to the chaos. Allow yourself to take a walk, pray, and meditate to release the burdens from our body, mind, heart, and soul. Before you know it, little by little, your cleaning up what needs clearing and releasing daily. Then you will feel the chaos and all the problems disappear as GOD and the angels are helping you. Life will return back to normal once again.
