Many people today are turning to on-line opportunities in order to try make money on-line. The great news is that if you look in the right place you are not wasting your time. The bad news is that you are not going to make a lot of money. There is no get rich quick opportunity out there just waiting to be found. There are opportunities that will allow you to make a few dollars every now and then. What can you do on-line to earn a bit of extra pocket change? There are a few opportunities that I have tried, tested, and proved to work. Here they are for you to look over and decide for yourself it they are something for you.

* On-line writing sites: If you enjoy writing there are a few places that you can write to earn a bit of extra money. It may add up slow but it will add up if you hang in there for the long haul. The best of these sites that I have found of course you are looking at right now:Helium Knowledge. I have made a bit over $700 since joining and have slacked often in my participation on the site. I have received payment from the site on numerous occasions. They pay every time. I have checked into a few more writing sites but are not going to discuss them because I do not know 100% they are legit being I have not requested payment from them.

* Free On-line Surveys: There are many survey companies that promise to pay you for your opinion. Some of these sites really do. Some really don't. The number one thing to remember about paid surveys is that you never need to pay to join a company or a database. You can find all the information they will offer free of charge if you know where to look. The sites I am about to list have paid me when I requested my payment.

1) National Family Opinion Panel (NFO): http://fun.mysurvey.com This company sends surveys quite often. You collect points to redeem for cash or prizes. Each survey you take is worth 10 points these are the screening questionnaires if you qualify for the full study you will earn more which you will be informed of before you agree to take the survey. Each survey has an approximate time limit that the survey should take. The site is great!

2) Pine Cone Research: This is a wonderful site. Each survey you complete for the company pays you a flat $5 by check or PayPal. You can get your reward as soon as the study ends there are no cash out limits. The company sends between 1-2 paying surveys each month on most basis. The household question surveys are not paid but only take about 5 minutes and can qualify
