Poetry: First love

by Excelsior

Created on: June 30, 2010

My first love was a girl with emerald eyes.

And she had to go along with them,

A smile and face that trump the glory of sunset.

Ever since I can remember,

We had been friends.

Yet, I can never get over

How stunningly gorgeous she looked.

She has no guardian angel:

for she is an angel!

Like a lovely fairy,

her beauty is surreal,

and of the most divine form known to exist.

The girl with the emerald eyes is sweet.

And funny. Interesting. Down to earth, yet exotic.

She is her, and has a style that is unique.

I dream of her wearing a lily in her long brunette hair.

Nothing comes close to this majestic display of purity.

Nothing. She is as perfect as the blooming jasmine.

The girl with emerald eyes is ravishing.

I still do love that girl with those emerald eyes.
