Awaken,
Soulful tone feeds my heart
Yearning for zest and desire
Miles has gone the lust apart
To spark again a burning fire
New and tangy like lemon pie
Is my tongue's recent flavour
Unbound wings stretch to fly
Awaken am I by new favour
Gracious glory shines above
These extremities do not exist
I fly again like newborn dove
Fulfilling chores on my list
Renewed essence anticipated
Day of brand new revelation
Revealed to me who awaited
The one celestial translation

I wished for another shower
Running down my cheeks.

A darkened leaf the color of pure gold
falls silently without leaving a mark
