Many people turn to Alternative Medicine and Therapies when conventional medicine and therapy fails; others utilize it to avoid negative or harmful side effects. For whatever reason you want to engage in Alternatives, you are probably going to find something in that actually works for you.
Sometimes, all it takes are some diet and nutritional changes to relieve the agony of menopause. Symptoms can interfere with daily life, to the point where it is just miserable or sheer agony.
Having experienced this, I have found that Acupuncture, Chiropractics, Meditation, dietary changes and herbal and vitamin supplements did work for me.
A daily visualization or meditation, 10 minutes to an hour, allows for better focus and concentration. The mind is calm, so the overall body is calm. These exercises train your mind and body to concentrate and focus while allowing quiet time to slow or alleviate the negative effects of daily stress.
