The benefits are immense.

1) Your the boss, you work the hours you want to work and the freedom is unbelievable.

2) You say how much your going to make, you can give yourself a raise at any time.

3) You determine the level of customer service, pride in your product and/or service and commitment.

These are just a few of the benefits. You could probably add more. But these are important. They are the main reason people start a home business. They may hate their boss. Hate the hours. Hate the drive. Hate the people they work with. Hate the pay.

HERE'S MY FAVORITE-Hate the performance reviews. Don't get me wrong, I was a good worker and received great reviews. But the idea of how much money I was going to make depended on someone else's view of me and my work. Not anymore.

Freedom is a big one for most people. Time with family another. I basically enjoy every one of the benefits offered in a home business. If your considering doing it, first, find what your good at or have an interest in. Then pursue it. Setting up a home office is easy and affordable. Be sure to read up on home business tax advantages and any business licensing that you may need. Do research about possible competition and possible funding to help you start your business.

Remember, it's your business. You are the owner, CEO, or whatever position you pick. Be professional and treat your clients and customers right.
