Five reasons why monogamous relationships are healthier
Being faithful is a guarantee for a healthy and happy relationship with your partner. One shouldn't have to feel as though they should have other partners to sleep with. However, there are men and women out in the world who does just that; they'll have as many sexual partners as they want.
Some people have arrangements with their partners to have an open relationship or they'll become swingers with other couples in hopes of making their marriage and relationships more exciting or feel that they are salvaging a failed relationship by inviting others in to share their bed. There are five reasons why monogamous relationships are healthier.
1. Two people having more than one sexual partner can expose themselves to many sexual diseases that can harm their lives or even shorten it.. When a couple is devoted to each other, and they don't have sex with other people. Their relationship will be healthier.
2. People can become emotionally attached to someone they are in a sexual relationship with and that can be confusing to all involved especially hurting their partner and causing there to be a break-up. Love triangles has caused so many people to end up dead or in jail because of finding out that their partner is cheating on them.
3. Unwanted pregnancies can also become a problem when there is infidelity. If you are a woman cheating on your husband or boyfriend with someone else and you end up pregnant for someone you're having an affair with, is not good for your relationship. Or if you are a man who cheats on your partner and get someone pregnant it will destroy your relationship. People in monogamous relationships never have to worry about unwanted pregnancies with lovers other than their mates.
4. Loving couples who are faithful not letting others come between them and their relationships add many years to their marriages and relationships.
5. Couples who are in monogamous relationships not only have better marriages, with divorce never becoming an issue, their family life will be stronger and healthier, too. And their relationships are usually the envy of all of their friends.
To have a monogamous relationship a couple really has to be loyal to each other and be open and honest about everything; and when temptation reveal itself, they should both get help if their relationship is in danger.
