To accomplish baby soft feet a foot scrub is the fastest and easiest solution. Unfortunately foot scrubs from the store or at a spa are very pricey and can take a tole on your wallet. I'm going to give a few foot scrub recipes which cost under $5 that can be made with ingredients from your kitchen.

Brown Sugar & Milk- Heat some milk to a warm temperature and add as much brown sugar you feel is best. This recipe is extremely easy and feels very luxurious.

Detox Green Tea Scrub- Make a pot of green tea and pour 1/2 a cup of green tea into a bowl. Next get crushed sea salt and add as much as you feel necessary to get a proper consistency. This scrub will detox the feet and it also does an amazing job at ridding the feet of sweat and odor.

Favorite Moisturizer Scrub- Simply mix your favorite moisturizer with sugar from your kitchen cabinet. This is the easiest foot scrub recipe that exists and it works.

Strawberries & Cream Scrub- In a blender blend a handful of strawberries and add some cream. Next pour contents into a bowl and add some sugar. This will feel great and you can eat the leftovers.

Super Moisturizing Scrub- Mash an avocado and mix it with sea salt. This sounds rather gross but it will leave your skin so soft a baby would be jealous.

Chocolate Foot Scrub- Melt a bar or two of Hershey's chocolate in a bowl then let cool for a minute. Wait until the chocolate is warm and not hot, then add sugar to the chocolate to make the granules. Add as much sugar as needed. This foot scrub is amazing because it contains the one element many women can't live without....chocolate.

Fruit Foot Scrub- Take any fruit put it in a blender and add sugar. Here's a list of good fruits.

*Melon

*Cantalope

*Papaya

*Banana

*Mango

*Oranges

*Lemon or Lime

*Peach

Here is a list of what can be added to your foot scrub to make it more luxurious.

*Honey (super moisturizing)

*Essential Oils- such as rose, lavender, tea tree oil, etc.

*Yogurt (naturally exfoliating)

*Teaspoon of Baby Oil

*Teaspoon of Olive Oil

These are a few of the foot scrubs possible. There are many other foot scrub recipes possible so just experiment. If these scrubs aren't to your liking check out www.youtube.com and search homemade foot scrubs. Youtube will give you tutorials on how to make different foot scrubs. Enjoy having beautiful soft feet.
