Like A Bad Movie

(Oils Well That Ends Well~Not) *

My goodness British Petroleum, again look what you've done

This one's a bit of a sticky wicket and we see it as a bad one

Not to worry they conjured; we'll just down play the incident

We'll leave it in the hand's of our own dear Mr. President

*

But Obama and friends seem to be out golfing in the sun

Putt Putt Putt, Tsk Tsk, let him have his fun

He'll just send in the army and use more tax payers money

But not hire the fisherman now out of work; now ain't that funny?

*

No matter as Tony Hayward now has now lost his current job

He's out sailing in a race on his 52 foot yacht named Bob

He said he wanted his life back and the oily pelicans cried

Selfish, pompous ass that he is; Everything's gonna die

*

Told us it was only 5000 barrels and the truth they did hide

Ah the evidence is in now and it seems that BP flagrantly lied

100,000 barrels or even more each day and BP needs to pay

Victim's put your claims in now; prepare to fight until your dying day

*

Cutting corners to save a buck equals costs and liabilities

As well our hearts bleed in horror for all the animal tragedies

Gross negligence, falsehoods and still the numbers get even worse

20 billion in escrow is a joke; somebody get me a nurse

*

Instead of collecting the oil and storing it all somewhere

They burn it into our atmosphere and now destroy our air

That seems much like the broom sweeping it all under the rug

More like the political actions of a common street thug

*

Tars balls ruining Florida's' 60 billion tourist industry

All the wildlife that will be lost is nothing but a tragedy

It's really quite simple and I've blogged a fix to tap this raging hell

Not getting back to me only indicates that like them, I'm an idiot as well
