Miracle of transformation
Just beyond imagination
For half your life bound close to earth
Then hidden ‘til your second birth
When suddenly you reappear
To fly about with wing so shear
To dance upon a garden flow’r
To drink in nectar by the hour
To symbolize for all who see
The hope of life eternally

On gossamer wings you glide,
My beautiful
I am...
I am bright and graceful
I wonder what it would be like to walk
I hear the wind howling
I see the blooming flowers that
