Don't I know you?
You, cowering in the shadows,
Why do you lurk,
Why do you hide yourself from my eyes?
Emerge, please,
Let me see your face,
Where is it
We have met before?
Don't I know you?
You seem so familiar,
Like someone from a dream.
Don't I know you?
You're always near, aren't you?
I always sense you,
Somehow close,
Yet you keep yourself obscured,
Cloaked in shadows.
Don't I know you?

Don’t I Know You?
As I looked in the mirror one morning I saw this woman staring back me
She reminded me of
As I flip through the pages of my ablum, my mind reflects back to the past

You, cowering in the shadows,
Why do you lurk,
Why do you hide yourself from my eyes?
Emerge, please,
Let me
Don't I know you ?
She stood wide eyed
Staring into space
A confused and troubled
Look upon her face
We walked slowly
