The infamous conspiracy plot. Who really killed JFK? Who really killed Lee Harvey Oswald and why? Was Monica Lewinsky a set up? What did Bush know and when did he know it? Questions we may never know the true answers to, unless of course we already do.

The theory that the Bush administration not only knew of those cowardly attacks on September 11th, 2001, but, according to some, had an actual hand in plotting and carrying out those plans, is utterly absurd. To think that any President of the United States would allow that to happen is truly a conspiracy in itself. There are many theories out there as to why The Bush Administration would partake in such activities. The most popular by far is so there would be justification to invade Iraq and take over their oil fields.

The problem with that theory is that it just isn't true. There was absolutely no need to kill thousands of Americans to make that happen. There was the Iraqi Liberation act of 1998 signed by Bill Clinton stating that Saddam Hussein was a threat not only to the American People but to the World as a whole. It stated that he needed to be removed from power. There we several valid reasons stated in the Iraqi Liberation act as to why Saddam Hussein's removal from power was not only needed, but justified.

There was the theory that the Administration fabricated evidence presented not only to Congress but to the United Nations in attempts to get backing for the invasion of Iraq. I covered the flaws in that theory in another article on whether or not Bush and Cheney should be indicted on war crimes. I will summarize that article here to answer that theory. There was too much evidence presented. Evidence accumulated not only by the Bush Administration, but the Clinton Administration, the British Government, The German Government and several other Governments. Some of those Governments opposing the War in Iraq from the onset. There were too many hands in that melting pot of evidence and no one was screaming foul or lies, for that evidence to have been fabricated by the Bush Administration.

Then there is the theory that it was done so that Bush could finish what his father started but was unable to finish during the first Gulf war, or to retaliate against Hussein for the assassination attempt against his father. These are plausible theories, however the actions taken by the Bush Administration following the attacks do not support that theory. If the Administration had that goal
