Hair. That shining crown of glory desired by every women. Even the perfectly featured face and body maye be ruined by the sight of a mass of unruly hair. A blessing or a curse? Hair. Not everyone is born with shiny silky hair. However, from young we are taught by our mothers to make the best of what we got. That includes taking care of whatever kind of hair you were born with and believing that every woman is beautiful insde and out.
1) Wash your hair regularly with a gentle shampoo. Although we may not see it, the air, roads, trees and even our own clean houses are covered with a micro layer of dust particles and microorganisms. In fact there are million of bacteria living in a symbiotic relationbship on our skin and hair. Thus, it is essential that you keep your hair clean and washed regularly. be very careful to use a gentle shampoo. Hair is a dead protenious structure. If you have long hair, it is practically impossible for the lower parts to receive any nutrients or hydration all the way from the scalp. You will be stripping the hair off its protective cover with harsh chemicals. Over time, your hair will become brittle and easy to break. Or it will just look lifeless and dull. Treat your hair the same way you do your skin. If you are not going to wash your face daily with detergent, dont use such similar techniques on hair!
2) keep your hair dandruff free. Not only are the white specks unsightly to look at, it does a lot of harm to your hair. There are two types of dandruff problems. One could be becasue you are not moisturising your scalp adequately. Apply a thin later of olive oil onto the scalp every night or you may use some of the commercial hydrating formulations. Do not overwash your hair and try to avoid harsh temperatures to prevent flare ups. Secondly, it could be due to the disease sebhorric dermatitis where the skin may actually be oily. you need a medicated shampoo for that. be careful that you apply the medicated shampoo mainly onto the saclp and not throughout the hair all the way down to the roots as it may contain hash substances. Use a milder shampoo for the rest of the hair.
3) Drink lots of water. The hair can have a healthy and lustrous glow only if your body is hydrated in the first place! Drinking lots of water will keep your skin healthjy and supple as well. Not only that it will fight against fatigue at work and headaches.
4) Use a mask twice a week on your hair. This mask can be bought from the commercial stores. It depends on
