Of all the weight loss programs out there, Medifast never interested me to be honest. It seemed too "clinical" and their adverts didn't make the food look appealing. I really thought it'd be like eating cardboard. But over the last year I've known quite a few people who went on it, lost weight and loved it.  It kind of became this topic of discussion between co-workers and friends who weren't on it. It all depends on how much weight you want to lose, but you can lose 8-20 pounds in just one month. I reached my goal in just three months and feel very healthy. And it's like they say-it's a life changer, not a diet.  Medifast also has free transitional support for when you go off their food.  And the food tastes really good. In fact, you're supposed to eat so often on this diet it really feels like that's all you do all day!
