It's time to face the truth: The World's Greatest Husband doesn't exist. That's right guys, no husband can be better that the rest. However, what you can do is be the best husband that you can be for your wife. Its her vote that matters, not any one else's. So instead of trying to be better then every guy out there try just being the best you can be for your wife. Here are a few ways that you can do that. 

Communicate With Her: Guy's it's important that you communicate with your wife. Just because she has the title of being your wife, that does not mean that she isn't a person. She still has dreams and goals of her own that she is entitled to pursue. The least that you could do is communicate with her about how she feels and what goes on inside her head. Women love communication it makes us feel closer to our men. We will definitely reciprocate when you communicate with us without being judgmental, rude, overbearing or controlling. 

Stop Taking Her For Granted: Think about what your wife does for you for a few minutes. For example does she wash clothes, clean the house, cook dinner, grocery shop, deal with kids, and deal with you too, all while having her own job that she has to worry about? It sounds like a lot of work doesn't it? Well that is because it is . Husbands your wives have probably put at least one dream on hold so that she can raise kids and take care of the house. She doesn't do this because it makes her happy, she does this because she loves you and the kids and therefore puts your needs above her own.

It is for this reason that your wife deserves the utmost respect. Even if she doesn't have a career of her own. Raising kids, taking care of a house, and taking care of a husband is the hardest job there is and you should at least be thankful for it. 

Every once in awhile, do the dishes, do laundry, or other things like that. Anything that will help your wife out and make her day easier. Let her go out with friends and pursue goals and dreams that don't necessarily concern you. She is your lover and partner not your maid. 

Surprise Her: Ladies love surprises. Do something nice for your wife that she isn't expecting. Pay for her and her best friend to go to movies or to the day spa. Buy her flowers or a card. Just go out of your way to make your wife feel important and special to you. She will love this and it will let her know that you consider her special. 

Husbands, you don't have to be the best husband in the world. All that your wife asks is that you try to be whats best for her. Remember that your wife is an individual and that she deserves to be treated with love and respect. Remember why you fell in love with this woman and that if you don't treat her with love and respect, there is always someone out there who will, and she has full rights to be with someone that can make her happy.
