I am not always perfect though I pretended to be.
Trying to gain the approval of anyone being amiable as I can be.
Leaving me desolate, disgusted with myself.
How I hate this feeling but I am but a slave.
Who do I call to when my world turn upside down?
Who will dry my tears when endlessly they fall down?
I am but a lonely soldier in this wicked world.
I need to be accepted, I need to be loved.
A shoulder to cry on that's what I need.
Someone to be there for me when I can't fight my battes no more.
Someone to understand me, to guide and lead me.
Who doesn't reject me and not pass judgment on me.
I am weak and my soul is ill,
Thinking so low of myself sometimes I can't bear.
Who do I run to? No one but you my Friend.
You gave me hope, you gave me light.
You made me grow and made me realized,
That I am human who has needs to be met,
And being vulnerable is just part of life itself.

Privileged eyes neither compassionate nor aware
No one sees the devastation
A shoulder to cry on is what I will offer you...forever
You live far away, our paths no longer cross, however, you know that
I will give you a shoulder to cry on,
A shoulder that's firm to your touch,
A friend you can love and rely on,
When everything's
