Guide to building bigger arms

How to build bigger arms? There are many techniques that have spread through the internet that are wrong, misguided, and dangerous. There are four ingredients to building bigger arms: Triceps, biceps, full body exercise, and proper diet.

The first ingredient of building bigger arms is exercising the triceps. A little known fact to most people is that the triceps make up 66% of your arm mass. Without exercising your triceps you have a 66% chance of not succeeding on your journey to have the “guns”. Adding this exercise will without a doubt bring excellent results from your hard work

The second obvious ingredient to building bigger arms is to exercise the biceps. While the triceps make up 66% of your arm mass, the biceps make up the rest. With this being said both the biceps and triceps have to be exercised to have arms that make people jealous. It is important to not just work the biceps and triceps, there is much more to building bigger arms. If you want to succeed you will need the other two ingredients.

The third ingredient to getting bigger arms is to have a full body workout routine. A common question for people is “Why do I have to do full body exercises to get big arms?” The answer to this question requires a little big of imagination. Picture yourself doing different exercises such as back, chest, shoulder, and leg exercises. What muscles are you using when you do chest, back, and shoulder exercises? When you exercise the chest you are using triceps. When you exercise you back you are using you biceps to pull. When you do shoulder exercises you are using your triceps.

The reason that leg exercises are mentioned as a way to get your arms bigger is simple. Exercising you legs, which are the biggest muscle group in your body, activates hormones that allow you to recover faster, and lift more weight. The faster you recover and the more weight you can lift the stronger you will get and the bigger your arms will be. Exercising a different body part everyday will help make you stronger, activate hormones, and will make you use your biceps and triceps more often.

The last ingredient and most important to getting bigger arms is having a proper diet. The reason a proper diet increases arm size is simple, it is muscle fertilizer. A person can weight lift all day long but if they are not consuming complex carbohydrates (whole wheat, oats), protein (meat, fruit, protein shakes), and vitamins (fruits, vegetables, and meat), you will not gain muscle. These items are what help your body recover and gain muscle mass. Simply put, eat healthy or gain nothing.

Using these steps provide you with the key to getting the muscles that make people jealous, and allow you to be the proud owner of a set of “big guns”. It is important that all exercises are done with moderation. Safety is a priority and over exercising will cause damage.
