The pain is so intense that you think it will never end
But it does ease up
You spend your day in a dream that you hope to understand the message that it will send
But it does easy up
The pain is not physical but of a great loss
But it does ease up
One that has change your life and makes you feel mostly cross
But it does ease up
After awhile you go numb
But is does ease up
Thinking that your loss of feeling will help you to succumb
But it does ease up
The pain inside that you feel you think will never go away
But it does ease up
But one morning you will wake up and it will be a new day
But it does ease up
One filled with hope that you so desire
But it does ease up
Not filled with pain that your say you are alright are forced to be a liar
But it does ease up
You emerge from your cocoon as a new person
And hope that one day you will feel whole again and not in pain from the loss of someone that you dearly loved that is now gone.

I slip into numbness as
I watch you break.
We all miss ourselves drowning in ecstasy.

Internal, external
All of some sort.

Discomfort
Interludes of agony.
