Premenopause: How to tell if it's happening to you

Perimenopause refers to the 1 or 2years immediately before the menopause or to the whole of the reproductive periods prior to the menopause.
You could know that you are going through menopause if you observe or experience some or most of these symptoms:
-Changes in your menstrual cycle, it may become longer or shorter,heavier or lighter or missed .
-Hot flashes which is a sudden feeling of heat in the upper part of your body usually from the chest to the head
- Night sweats due to hot flashes while you are asleep
-Mood changes, pain during sex, more urinary infections, less interest in sex sometimes and increase in body fat around your waist.
This are basic symptoms which if you see you should know that you are going through perimenopause.
